Herbert E. Meyer’s Howto Analyze Information breaks down the steps needed to go from data collection to knowledge to decision making. This is a good introductory book to the topic of information analyzing.
I liked the headings and the numbered format of the
text layout. The book is nice to look at and has lots of white space to make
your own notes, should the need arise. The book left me wanting more
information on analyzing. There was only one analyzing method to investigate.
I give it 3/5 stars.
